Easyquant is a team of professional estimators and led by Jimson Betonio, provides reliable construction takeoff and estimating services for residential and commercial construction companies. Coming from a quantity surveying background, Jimson Betonio have more than 15 years experience working in estimating role in construction companies based in Perth specialising in metal roofing, metal cladding, weatherboard cladding, drywall, steel framing, structural steel, concrete, rebars and other trades with a deep understanding in construction scheduling, procurement, management and its components.

What information should I send?
We will require clear drawings, project specification and finishes schedule (if available) and brief drescription of the work requested.
What are the deliverables?
You will receive full material takeoff (BOQ) and marked up drawings as welll as other relevant documents in accordance to the services selected.
What is the lead time?
Lead time will be provided upon quotation approval. Standard takeoff service normally takes an average of 48 hours; large and difficult jobs will need to be reviewed, and lead time will be advised.
How much it will cost?
We will evaluate the data provided, plans, size, complexity, length of the task, and other considerations to determine the service cost.
When does the work begin?
Quotation will be provided and once approved, we will advise you of the lead time.
Can I make changes to the BOQ from my end?
Yes, we will provide a spreadsheet format where you can edit the BOQ to to adjust rates or quantities should you wish.
